Flooding in Steinbach

On the evening of July 23 Steinbach received two inches of rain which caused flooding on several streets. The worst of the flooding occurred on Loewen and Mckenzie Avenue. Both streets had stretches that were covered in water a close to a foot deep.

Several vehicles were stalled on both McKenzie and Loewen due to water intake.

The rain should stop by Friday Morning, and partly sunny skies will be seen in the afternoon.
